The end of 2005 got off to a flying start with many new PR clients from Sheffield, Manachester, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Colchester, Birmingham, London, Glasgow and Leeds commissioning Aquilegia Photographic Ltd to complete photography on behalf of their clients here in the north east of England. There were also some very nice reportage weddings completed at Dissington Hall, Crab Manor at Thirsk (Crab & Lobster), Judges Country House Hotel at Yarm, Slaley Hall wedding featuring a traditional indian ceremony followed by an English civil ceremony - fabulous! HMS Trincomalee, the second oldest warship afloat was moved for the first time in 10 years at Hartlepool Marina, and we were asked to cover the event by their insurers Royal and Sun Alliance .. these made a great spread of images in the magazine, and were added to our stock image database of the north east area. It was good to see that Lucy Ratcliffe won the Britain's Next Top Model competition on Living TV. We first photographed Lucy for a front page on her first ever model assignment - well done Lucy! Other highlights included covering the opening of The Simpson Group's new HQ, and the final phase of the new Darlington College to get underway. Really enjoyed covering Franz Ferdinand, The Editors, and The Rakes at Metro Radio Arena too. We worked in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Morpeth, Blyth, North Shields, Durha,.
