TESTIMONIAL: Our wedding day was wonderful. Not only did Dirk capture the day perfectly he made a major contribution to its success. His relaxed, reportage style matched perfectly with what we were looking for. For large parts of our wedding dat at McCoys and in Stokesley we were unaware of Dirk taking photographs and we have all the photographs we wanted without there being any formal photography session during the day. The fact that it poured with rain nearly all dayand was very windy indeed and we still ended up with fabulous photographs is testament to Dirk's photography skill and experience. Dirk was also a great guest. Family and friends commented on his friendly approach and have been very impressed by his work. It was fabulous to be able to see the photographs taken at our wedding online within 24 hours too! We have now got a beautiful album - a memento of our wedding that brings back the wonderful atmosphere of the day. The restaurant - available for hire for weddings is "Slightly faded elegance - bit like a bordello, in fact. Chandeliered, gilded and fenestrated with wooden louvers the room twinkles at night and is heated by candle....." |
